The new deal will see Mask-arade join the Rubie’s group of companies, with Duffy remaining with the firm as commercial director. Walton and O’Nyan will leave the company with immediate effect.
“We are thrilled to have Mask-arade join the Rubie’s family,” said Rubie’s vice-president EMEA, Chris Isitt.
“This is a great company producing high quality, innovative product that has really made a niche for itself. We look forward to helping the Mask-arade brand achieve its potential both in the UK and across the rest of the world.
“It’s great that Ray has agreed to stay on to drive this mission, and we also acknowledge the huge contribution that Dean and Chris have made from the start in establishing the business with Ray and creating the demand with their fantastic PR.”
