1.    What sort of pictures work best for face masks?

2.    What else can you make with my pictures?

There are a variety of different products that you can order using your pictures. You can order Party Hats, Face Bunting and Garlands, Cake Toppers, Confetti, Photo Straw Toppers, Mugs, Coasters, Greetings Cards, Gift Tags, Place Ssettings and more!

3.    Can I use image from my social images?

Yes! You can use images from social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Images from social media are idea for lots of products with the exception of Face Masks, where we generally need higher resolution images.

4.    How long will my order take to make?

Most personalised products are handmade within 2 working days and then delivered within 1 to 7 working days from despatch, depending on your chosen delivery method. If your order has not arrived after by the date advised when you placed your order, please contact us so we can find out what's happened.  If you need your order sooner than that advsied by our web site, please get in touch because it is likely we can prioritise your order and deliver sooner.

UK Customers - Royal Mail 1st Class Post = £1.95, Courier Delivery = £6.80.

10.    What happens if I am not satisfied with my order?

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a no quibble return policy within 7 working days. Excludes tailor made masks and all made to order items. Mask-arade value your custom, and work hard to ensure that everything we produce is the best quality it can be.  Customer service is at the core of everything we do.
